The Learner Profile Digital File is a template for creating a Learner Profile for your students. Use in conjunction with the Learner Profile card sets and Learner Profile Survey to record the data you've collected in an easy-to-read report. The Learner Profile Digital File is a "smart" document that auto-fills descriptions of learning style preferences, multiple intelligence strengths, and brain dominance. This gives you a printable document that can be added to a student file, shared with parents, and guide teachers and students as decisions are made about learning.
 
The Learner Profile is made up of six parts:
The Learner Profile Survey (student’s interests/passions)
Multiple Intelligence Strengths (results to be gained through the Learning Genome Multiple Intelligence Card Deck)
Learning Style Preferences (results to be gained through the Learning Genome Learning Style Card Deck)
Brain Dominance (results to be gained through the Learning Genome Brain Dominance Card Deck)
 
Each document has the ability to create 13 Learner Profiles. If you need to create a Learner Profile for additional students, simply make a copy of the document prior to using it. (File > Duplicate).
